Welcome to Harmonia Home, a guesthouse located by the sea in the heart of Capitello di Ispani (SA), Italy. We offer comfortable rooms and apartments.

Rooms: Use of the room, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and accessories, breakfast (if included in your booking), bed linen and towels, and daily cleaning (with linen change every 3 days). Extra linen change costs €5.00.
Apartments: Use of the apartment, utilities, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and accessories, refrigerator, stovetop, weekly supply of bed linen and towels, and weekly cleaning. Extra linen requests cost €5.00 per day per room, and extra apartment cleaning costs €20.00 per day.
Tourist Tax: A tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night will be added to the daily rate, payable in cash upon arrival. Children under 10 and adults over 70 are exempt.
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (please inform us of your expected arrival time if you have special needs).
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM - Quiet Hours: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Breakfast (if included): between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Room tidying is done from 10:00 AM.
Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances upon arrival.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property
- Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving your accommodation and keep windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please conserve water and use the toilets responsibly
- Rooms have safes; the property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended, or for any harm to people by or to third parties.
- Small pets (one per room or apartment) are allowed upon request with a daily supplement of €5.00. Guests are responsible for preventing damage and ensuring the pet's cleanliness.
- You can enter and leave freely, but please do not disturb other guests.
- Receiving external visitors and changing the number of registered guests is not allowed

We recommend booking directly on our website harmoniahome.it, where you will find a real-time booking system, information request forms, and our direct contacts. This ensures direct communication and the best price. A deposit is required for direct bookings: 30% if the booking is made up to one month before arrival. 50% if the booking is made within 30 days of arrival. Full payment if the booking is made 7 days before arrival. Your booking is confirmed only upon payment of the deposit within 48 hours of confirming availability
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance can be guaranteed by credit card and will be required upon arrival, along with valid identification documents for registration
Do not pay any amount before receiving a written confirmation of availability for the requested period.
Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund of the total amount is provided for cancellations communicated via email to harmoniacapitello@gmail.com or other verifiable means, between 14 and 7 days before the start of your stay. No refund will be given for cancellations communicated within 7 days before the start of your stay. Cancellation insurance may be offered to guarantee your booking.
Harmonia Home is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, fires, etc.). In case of a delay in room delivery not previously agreed upon, you may be charged for an extra night.
A security deposit of €100.00 is required upon key handover and will be returned upon key return. In case of loss, the lock change will cost €50.00.
